We have evergreen posts that I would like to automatically republish (update the publish date, optionally push to social) every 3-6 months. Any simple plugin for this?

Republish Post is the smallest possible plugin for this — adds a 'republish date' meta box, a WP-Cron check, and that is about it. Set the date, hit save, and the post republishes automatically at the chosen interval. It does not touch content, just bumps the publish date. Pairs well with your existing social-scheduling plugin for the fan-out, keeping concerns separate.
