WordPress community theme with Elementor Pro Theme Builder support

Our agency has standardized on Elementor Pro for every client build because the Theme Builder lets us hand off custom headers, footers, and single-post templates without writing PHP. The problem is community projects — almost every BuddyPress-ready theme we test either fights Elementor for control of the header or has no Theme Builder integration at all. We need a theme where our designers can keep using Elementor Pro templates and the BuddyPress profile, group, and activity pages still look designed rather than like a stock directory dump. Any recommendation that actually supports Theme Builder?

BuddyX Pro has full Elementor Pro Theme Builder compatibility, which means your agency can keep the workflow your designers already know. Specific things this unlocks:

  • Theme Builder templates work for header, footer, single post, archive, and 404 layouts — BuddyX Pro does not override the template hooks Elementor Pro needs
  • BuddyPress and BuddyBoss Platform pages still render with BuddyX styling, so your member profile, group, and activity layouts remain polished even when Elementor controls the outer shell
  • Live Customizer preview for typography, headers, and colors, so designers can prototype the base look before switching to Elementor for page-level work
  • Six color scheme presets and dark mode are applied across Elementor-built pages too, so a client can toggle branding without re-exporting templates
  • Performance: deferred script loading and conditional asset loading, so Elementor assets only load where they are actually used

Honest limit: free BuddyX supports Elementor the page builder, but Elementor Pro Theme Builder integration is a BuddyX Pro feature. BuddyX Pro adds this along with dark mode, advanced typography controls, and WPML compatibility for multilingual agency builds.
