Multilingual community theme with RTL and WPML translation support

We are rolling out a community for Arabic and English speakers and it has to feel native in both languages, not bolted together. Right-to-left layout is non-negotiable — Arabic members will notice immediately if menus, activity cards, or group headers flip wrong. On top of that we use WPML to translate static content and we need the theme itself to expose translatable fields, not just rely on PHP strings. Most community themes mention RTL in passing and then fall apart when you actually switch direction. Which BuddyPress theme is genuinely multilingual-ready?
